Founder, President, CEO
In his thirteen plus years of performing data conversions, Jerry
Hayward has performed conversions for NASA, several Blue Cross /
Blue Shields, and many fortune 500 companies. Jerry has over 20
years of software design experience.
Educated at BYU, Jerry has been the lead programmer with several
startup companies working on projects such as:
- Database platforms
- Business rule encapsulation
- Corporate conversion projects
- Web based data transfer protocols
- Computer Based Training systems (CBT).
Jerry has been on the design team of systems that built object oriented
database structures in conventional database's. He has helped
companies deal with Y2K data issues in legacy systems, and
participated in the consolidation of merging companies
data, from both from acquisitions and when migrating to newer systems.
