TERMINATION:

Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of default by the other party. Upon any termination of this agreement, you shall immediately discontinue the use of the Content and shall within ten (10) days uninstall all copies of the Content. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by removing the Content and all copies thereof. Your obligations to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this agreement.

MISCELLANEOUS:

This Agreement represents the complete and exclusive statement of the agreements concerning the Content contained on and in this web sites between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements concerning this Content that may exist between them. This agreement may be amended at any time by CB such modifications will be immediately available on this web site. Any Modification will be announced on the login page for the term of one month and continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of this new agreement

RESTRICTIONS:

You may not use, copy, modify, translate, or transfer the Content of this web sites. You may not attempt to unlock or bypass any copy protection or authentication algorithm utilized by the content of this web sites. You may not remove or modify any copyright notice, nor any "about" dialog or the method by which it may be invoked by the Content of this web sites.

DISTRIBUTION LICENSE:

There will be no Distribution of this product granted to the users of the Content available through this site.
